Tallo is a career development platform connecting young talent with scholarships, internships, and job opportunities. As design lead on a two-week sprint, I owned the project end to end — facilitating the design sprint, synthesizing research into wireframes, and delivering a final prototype. The challenge was designing a daily-use experience that guides users from exploration to employment, positioning Tallo as a comprehensive career development destination.

The solution centered on three key features: a personalized onboarding quiz, a customizable career path builder, and a community-driven content feed.
